We felt welcomed from the first time we went to Bevier First Baptist! Everyone was very friendly and helpful to tell us where the kids go for youth and helping us find a seat. The singing of Hymns and the wonderful 3 different piano players were such a blessing. Reminded me of home. We had heard Pastor Scott preach at a dear friends son's (a Navy Seal) funeral. We also heard him pray at a Pro-Life Banquet. You could tell they were both very heartfelt. He preaches the same way... from the Heart and of course the Bible. Also prays for people every Service for healing and salvation.He's just a down to earth kinda guy (even wears his waders in the tank to baptize people haha) and seems like a man of integrity. He's also a very smart man because he married his beautiful wife Denice. She is so sweet and has also been very friendly to us. If you're searching for a church to get your family in, we would recommend Bevier First Baptist. Not big in number, but they have a big heart for doing God's work.
